Joe Manifesto is a native Californian, born in Hayward and grew up in Castro Valley.  A longtime resident in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Joe attended Bishop O’Dowd High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree at Saint Mary’s College in Moraga in 1999.  During his educative career, he started a Bay Area Disc Jockey Company, Thump Sound.  After Saint Mary’s College, he started his sales and marketing career at the 2nd largest weekly publication company in the United States, Target Media Partners.  In a period of 5 years, he rose to the 4th highest sales rep for the Oakland Satellite Office.

Joe Manifesto headed back to school to earn his sales license in another exciting industry, Real Estate.  After acquiring the license, Joe landed himself at one of the most notable broker/banking groups in the Contra Costa Area, Western Heritage Financial.  At WH Financial, he built a strong career with his associates and developed a large base of customers.  In 2006 he acquired his broker’s license and migrated over to Land Home Financial.  In 2009, Joe opened up his own Real Estate business, catering to short sales and finding properties for buyers.

Joe currently resides in Dublin.  He enjoys spending his spare time with his family, working on computers, and is still DJ’ing.  He still runs Thump Sound with several over local DJ’s, mixing music for school dances, weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
